A premium product for high-quality and robust aluminium signs, nameplates, and labels.

Marine, industrial, and wet environments.

Anoprinted aluminium is not affected by marine environments, solvents, oils and hydraulic fluids, not even paint stripper or neat bleach. It has been successfully used for safety and wayfinding signage on the decks of cruise ships for more than ten years and has outperformed all other signage products.

A physically robust product.

The graphics are created inside the hard surface of anodised aluminium, which is then sealed in a process similar to setting concrete. It can be used for parking space signs on kerbs, or even on the ground because it will withstand light traffic. This makes it ideal for challenges such as manhole cover identification plates, but also decorative items such as QR codes on tabletops, which suffer a much harder life than you might think.

Safe and long-life wayfinding.

Anoprinted aluminium provides a long-term solution for wayfinding signage in challenging environments where prints or laminates will be scraped or peeled off, and reverse-printed acrylic will be scratched and scuffed making it unreadable. It is safer to use than almost any other type of signage for apartments and high-rise buildings, certified to have passed BS 476: Part 6: 1989 + A1: 2009 – Fire Propagation, and has achieved Class1: BS 476: Part 7: 1997 – Surface Spread of Flame.

Other popular uses are for signage by indoor pools, in saunas, or in washrooms where other types of sign will be destroyed by soaps, cleaning chemicals, and a constantly wet environment. You can become an expert on the product and the process in just a few minutes by reading our product guide.
